Epiphany two:
The choice of tenants can significantly impact your rental yields.

Initially, I rented my properties to families, like every other real estate owner, which resulted in the typical 2%-5% rental yield.


However, as my network expanded, I learned that some individuals were achieving an 8% yield by renting their properties to small-scale companies. This piqued my curiosity, and I delved deeper.


I discovered that renting properties to corporate tourists yielded even higher returns.


The properties I rented out to corporate tourists generated a rental yield of 11%-19% per annum, exceeding the 12% average Nasdaq returns.


Also don't forget the additional 20%-50% capital gains as it was bought from bank

Finally, I found a way to achieve great returns with low risk.
